Odaily星球日报讯 中信证券研报称，当地时间 7 月 14 日，美国总统特朗普表示他接受采访发言震撼市场、美国财长贝森特接受采访使市场平静。我们认为特朗普“唱白脸”扰动市场+贝森特“唱红脸”平抑市场是特朗普主导的新闻驱动型市场中“TACO 交易”的“明牌套路”。在 Section899、美日关税谈判以及解职鲍威尔等问题上，特朗普的发言都给市场带来了负面冲击，此后，贝森特都有利好市场的相关表态和行动：他呼吁美国国会在 OBBBA 中删除 Section899、对在 8 月 1 日前达成美日关税协议保持乐观、劝说特朗普不要解职鲍威尔。贝森特扮演了特朗普政府市场传声筒的角色，面对“白脸”特朗普突如其来的“坏消息”时，需要重视“红脸”贝森特对相关事件的看法，其发言或是“TACO 交易”的触发时刻。 美国重要的就业指标有新增非农就业人数、失业率、申领失业金人数、职位空缺数等。从美国就业多维数据来看，目前美国就业市场仍有韧性。虽然美国申领失业金人数有所上升，1 个月美国所有私人部门就业扩散指数处于收缩区间，但新增非农就业人数以及失业率等关键指标显示出美国就业的韧性，较多数据趋稳支持美联储观察后降息的决策。美联储不必急于降息，7 月美联储降息概率较低。（金十）
