　　智城发展控股（08268）公布，于2025年7月18日，该公司直接全资附属公司Latest Ventures Limited拟向刘泰华先生出售Colton Ventures Limited全部已发行股本。

　　据悉，迪臣发展为一间于香港注册成立的有限公司，并为目标公司的一间直接全资附属公司。其以总承建商身份从事建筑业务及投资于上市证券。

　　出售事项将使集团精简营运，并通过集中资源于盈利相对较高的机电工程及室内装修业务，改善建筑分部的整体表现，而所得款项将加强集团的流动资金及财务灵活性。董事会认为，出售事项为集团变现其于目标集团的投资及集中资源发展其他具前景的现有业务提供良机。
