Carnarvon Energy (ASX:CVN) requested an immediate trading halt on its Australian Securities Exchange-listed shares pending an upcoming disclosure about a proposed strategic investment, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company requested that the trading halt continue until the earlier of it announcing the matter or trading resuming on Tuesday, the filing said.
