港股异动 | 雅鲁水电开工提振需求，钢铁股大涨！重庆钢铁涨19%
7月21日，钢铁股涨幅居前，重庆钢铁股份涨超19%，中国东方集团涨8%，鞍钢股份涨超6%，马鞍山钢铁股份涨4%。
消息面上，7月19日，雅鲁藏布江下游水电工程正式破土动工。项目总投资超1.2万亿元。此外，7月18日国新办举行新闻发布会上透露，工信部将实施新一轮钢铁、有色金属、石化、建材等十大重点行业稳增长工作方案，推动重点行业着力调结构、优供给、淘汰落后产能，具体工作方案将在近期陆续发布。
中信建投指出，根据中国政府网数据，三峡工程主体建筑物土石方挖填总量约1.25亿立方米，混凝土浇筑量2643万立方米，钢材59.3万吨，预计雅鲁藏布江下游水电工程耗钢量超过200万吨。民生证券则指出，在稳增长、“反内卷”等政策的推动下，尾部产能面临竞争压力，粗钢供给有望进一步优化，叠加远期铁矿新增产能的逐步释放，钢企盈利能力有望修复。
