人民银行授权全国银行间同业拆借中心公布数据显示，7月一年期贷款市场报价利率(LPR)持平于3%，五年期以上LPR持平于3.5%，均维持不变，符合市场预期。
人行今日(21日)公开市场开展1,707亿元人民币(下同)七天期逆回购操作，操作利率持平于1.4%。今日有2,262亿元逆回购到期，单日净点笼555亿元。人民币兑美元中间价报7.1522，下调24点。
A股三大指数高开。上证指数开盘报3,542点，高开8点或0.2%。深证成指开盘报10,937点，高开23点或0.2%。创业板指高开8点或0.4%，报2,285点。
内银股建设银行(601939.SH) 工行(601398.SH) 各低开0.1%。
算力股智微智能(001339.SZ) 回吐6.5%。医药股润都股份(002923.SZ) 低开2.4%。
