智通财经APP讯，陆控(06623)发布公告，于2025年7月21日，平安消费金融与深圳招商平安资产管理(即公开竞标程序的中标人)订立资产转让协议，据此平安消费金融有条件地同意向深圳招商平安资产管理转让与截至交易基准日合计本金结余及利息总共约为人民币4.69亿元的多笔不良债务有关的债权资产，对价为人民币3644万元。
债权资产为平安消费金融的不良债务。债权资产转让是盘活信贷资源及充分利用市场化手段处置不良债务的有效解决方案，从而可提升平安消费金融的资产质量并进一步夯实其未来业务发展的基础。债权资产于交易基准日的账面值为零。由于债权资产已撇销，对价将取作平安消费金融减值亏损拨回。债权资产转让的所得款项将用作平安消费金融的一般营运资金。
