智通财经APP讯，彩虹新能源(00438)发布公告，预期集团于2025年上半年实现营业收入约为人民币 14.95亿元至人民币15.25亿元，与截至2024年6月30日止6个月(2024年上半年)的营业收入约为人民币20.39亿元相比减少约25.21%至 26.68%，于2025年上半年归属于母公司股东的净亏损约为人民币2.90亿元至人民币3.20亿元，与2024年上半年归属于母公司股东的净利润约为人民币419万元相比减少约人民币2.94亿元至人民币3.24亿元。
集团营业收入减少以及归属于母公司股东的净利润减少的主要原因如下：
集团2025年上半年光伏玻璃销量与2024年上半年相比增长约5.5%，但由于产品价格下跌，因此2025年上半年营业收入与2024年上半年相比下降约25.21%至26.68%。
受供需矛盾和产能错配影响，光伏玻璃行业竞争加剧，集团全力开展降本增效工作，加快技术创新及高附加值产品研发和量产，但产品价格持续下跌，导致集团光伏玻璃业务毛利率大幅下滑。
因产品价格下跌，本着谨慎性原则，公司对部分存货计提了减值准备。
