智通财经APP讯，大唐新能源(01798)发布公告，本公司于2025年7月18日完成发行2025年度第四期超短期融资券(本期融资券)。本期融资券的发行总额为人民币15亿元，有效期为90天(兑付日为2025年10月16日)。面值为人民币100元，利率为1.46%，并自2025年7月18日起计息。
中国民生银行股份有限公司为本期融资券的主承销商及簿记管理人，而上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司则为联席主承销商。本期融资券乃通过集中簿记建档及集中配售的方式于中国境内银行间债券市场公开发行。本期融资券发行所得款项将用于偿还本公司借款及改善本公司融资结构。
