于2025年7月21日，公司已成功按配售价每股配售股份10.25港元向不少于六名承配人(均为独立专业人士、机构及╱或其他投资者)配发及发行合共3840万股新H股，占经配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行H股数目的约8.40%及已发行股份总数的约3.44%。
配售已悉数进行。配售事项所得款项总额合共为3.936亿港元，而配售事项所得款项净额合共约为3.87亿港元。配售事项所得款项净额拟由集团用于以下用途：50%用于区块链等创新技术在全球支付领域的创新及应用;30%用于全球业务及牌照扩展;及20%用于一般公司用途。
