智通财经APP讯，南华集团控股(00413)发布公告，于2025年7月21日，卖方(本公司的间接全资附属公司)(作为卖方)与买方东莞市清溪谢坑实业投资(作为买方)订立买卖协议，买方已同意收购，而卖方已同意出售土地使用权，总代价为人民币4262.4万元(相当于约4684万港元)。

据悉，该物业为两幅位于中国广东省东莞市清溪镇谢坑村面积分别为 23,748.36平方米及19,596.86平方米的工业用地(包括其上建筑面积约2,600平方米的空壳建筑物)。

该物业先前计划用于支持卖方扩大日后玩具的产能。然而，随着卖方为优化营运效益以及提升供应链灵活性及多元化而将生产线由中国战略性转移至越南，该物业一直处于闲置状态。董事会相信，出售事项为本集团提供一个良机，以合理价格变现日后不再用作产生收入的闲置资产的价值，而出售事项所得款项将改善本集团的财务状况、增加一般营运资金及为本集团业务发展提供额外资源。由于该物业目前并未使用，董事会进一步相信，出售事项将不会对本集团的生产或业务经营造成重大影响。
