Ryanair (RYAAY) expects Boeing (BA) to deliver its new aircraft at an agreed fixed price and bear any additional tariff costs itself, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing an interview with Ryanair Chief Financial Officer Neil Sorahan.
Sorahan said the Irish discount airline could stop accepting delivery of the new jets until the tariff situation is resolved, according to the report.
Ryanair has 29 orders for Boeing B737-8200 planes still outstanding, the report said.
Boeing didn't immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
