　　兴业控股（00132）发布公告，于2025年7月18日，公司的附属公司绿金租赁与承租人（临颍县盛宏热力有限公司）订立新融资租赁，以代价人民币5000万元（相当于约港币5465万元）自承租人取得资产的所有权，该等资产将返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为4年。

　　资产包括承租人位于中国河南省漯河市之若干指定热电联产设备及设施。
