Swire Properties (HKG:1972) is looking to lease more space in China's historical Zhangyuan site after completing a building relocation, the South China Morning Post reported Sunday.

According to the report, the property developer and its partner in mainland China shifted 18 buildings in Zhangyuan to make space for an underground mall.

The buildings would be returned to their original position once the multi-level mall is built. All in all, the company will be shifting 40 buildings in the relocation effort using crawler robots.
