金吾财讯 | 交银国际研报指，领展房产基金(00823)于7月22日自愿发布公告宣布集团行政总裁黄国龙先生将于2026年6月底前卸任行政总裁兼执行董事职务。该机构认为市场对此并不会过于震惊，因其继任计划多年来一直以来都有向公众公布。同时，该机构认为这对财务影响十分轻微，主要是其薪酬节省大概会被新任首席执行官的薪酬以及需要支付退休福利部分抵消。鉴于领展拥有非常稳定的业务模式以及房地产投资信托基金守则的严格限制，该机构认为其投资理念将基本保持不变，短期催化剂仍然是可能纳入沪深港通、美联储在2025下半年潜在降息以及近期香港银行同业拆借利率大幅下降带来的利息支出节省。该机构维持对领展房产基金的买入评级，目标价维持在47.7港元不变，并预计在2025年8月公司更新其2025/26财年1季度业务数据后进行评估。
