智通财经APP获悉，美国电力巨头GE Vernova(GEV.US)周一表示，公司已达成协议，将收购法国软件公司Alteia，旨在增强人工智能能力、并为公用事业公司提供可视化数据解决方案，从而提供态势感知与可执行的洞察。交易的财务条款未予披露。
目前，GE Vernova已通过其GridOS视觉智能向客户提供Alteia的软件。该系统利用可视化数据和AI驱动的工作流程，帮助电力公司“看见”电网状况并评估损坏、确定应修剪的植被区域，以及检查沿着数千英里输电线路的关键资产。
GE Vernova表示，通过此次收购，“GridOS视觉智能将进一步整合可视化数据与核心系统(如高级配电管理软件)中的运营数据，以便对数据采取行动，帮助电力公司‘看见并感知’电网，实现更高层级的态势感知”。
GE Vernova电气化软件业务负责人Scott Reese表示，这笔交易将有助于公司解决公用事业公司的“关键痛点”，以预防电力中断或在断电后迅速恢复供电。
