智通财经APP讯，奇士达(06918)发布公告，于2025年7月22日，公司与向信(深圳)投资有限公司(向信产投)就成立合资公司订立并无法律约束力的合作意向书。
合资公司将投资建设一条年生产能力为约1GWh的储能装备生产线、一条年生产能力为约20万吨的熔盐(硝基型)生产线与危化品仓储库房，从事该类型熔盐、储能装备的生产、销售等活动。合资公司建议由向信产投占股65%，公司占股5%，向信产投与公司将共同努力引进及落实项目落户地的地方政府(或其指定方)作为其余30%的合作方。具体合资公司合作条款包括注册资本等，有待落实另一合作方后进一步磋商，并由合资各方订立正式的合资协议确定。公司将主要负责合资公司储能装备生产线及熔盐生产线的技术提供、产线建设、工厂运营管理、产品销售等工作。
公告称，凭借与向信产投成立合资公司，集团将能够快速推进向光热发电产业，熔盐储能技术矩阵等领域发展的战略。基于上文所述，董事会认为，签订合作意向书成立合资公司将有助于集团向光热发电产业、熔盐储能技术业务的发展，提高集团的业务创新能力，强化集团的持续成长能力，并将有利于且符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
