7月21日，中国中免涨超5%，天津市内免税店有望年底正式运营。
消息面上，据天津发布，中国免税品集团在天津市建设的首个市内免税店坐落于东南角商圈仁恒伊势丹一楼，以“Shopping Museum购物博物馆”为主题，面积1105.5平方米，共有旅行电子、香水、化妆品等9大类消费品。下周，天津首个市内免税店将以市集方式进行首次正式亮相。本月底，该店将正式进场装修作业，预计工期100天，报海关验收后，将于年内正式投入运营。
东方证券指出，中免天津国际邮轮母港出境免税店将于7月开业，涉酒类、香水美妆、精品百货、特色食品等核心品类。而天津市内免税店也进入筹备冲刺阶段，预计于2025年底正式运营。同时响应“国潮出海”的国家号召，打造国货精品、老字号、非遗有税区域。此外，参考海口海关数据，25Q1海南离岛免税购物额为113.1亿元/-11.4%，我们预计中免海南销售降幅接近。但1-5月海南离岛免税购物额152.9亿元/-9.6%/降幅收窄，我们预计25Q2中免海南销售也有望筑底略回暖。
