Caprice Resources (ASX:CRS) found high-grade gold mineralization during a recent drilling at its Island gold project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The results found were of up to 11 meters at 17.3 grams per tonne gold from 170 meters, including nine meters at 21 g/t gold from 170 meters.
The company said that gold mineralisation at the deposit remains open in multiple directions, with further assay results expected in the coming weeks.
The company's shares were up 27% in recent Monday trade.
