Foresight News 消息，美国法院重启 Yuga Labs 针对针对概念艺术家 Ryder Ripps 和开发商 Jeremy Cahen 提起的商标诉讼。法院裁定 ，陪审团必须裁定两人的恶搞 NFT 系列是否误导了消费者。Yuga Labs 联合创始人 Greg Solano 表示，此次上诉中法院认定，Yuga 的 BAYC NFT 是可保护的商标， 并非纯粹的骗局，还确认 NFT 可以根据 《兰哈姆法案》 作为“商品”受到保护，驳回了有关 NFT 过于无形而不符合美国法律商标保护资格的论点。
