来自美国西雅图的宠物护理在线市场Rover Group拟通过方案实施契约（SID）的方式收购澳洲领先在线宠物护理平台Mad Paws 100%已发行股份，收购报价每股0.14澳元，较MPA最后收盘价0.075澳元溢价87%。

该交易对Mad Paws的股权价值估值约为6200万澳元，Rover将借此进入澳大利亚宠物护理市场。

Mad Paws首席执行官、执行董事兼联合创始人Justus Hammer表示，Rover在宠物护理领域长期处于行业领先地位，非常高兴能够与其合作。

今年一季度Mad Paws营业收入为610万澳元，同比下滑6%，经营性EBITDA亏损额进一步扩大至120万澳元。
