港股异动 | 商汤-W尾盘一度涨超9%，拟配售25亿港元用于支持生成式AI、具身智能等业务
7月24日，商汤-W尾盘一度涨超9%，消息面上，商汤科技今早公布，根据一般授权配售新B类股份。于2025年7月23日（香港联交所交易时段后），公司配售16.67亿股认购股份。预计配售总额约为25亿港元，扣除配售代理费及其他相关开支后，配售所得款项净额约为24.98亿港元。此次配售由国际长线资本Infini Capital（无极资本）全额认购。
根据公告，此轮配售所得款项将主要用于支持公司的核心业务发展，包括打造行业领先的AI云、持续扩大商汤大装置的规模与场景覆盖；支持生成式人工智能的研发，以及多模态大模型衍生产品的开发与落地；探索人工智能在创新垂直领域的技术融合与实践，包括开展具身智能机器人、真实世界资产（RWA）、数字资产等业务，并借助人工智能大模型扩展在数字金融方面的应用。
