消息面上，7月21日，酷派集团发布公告，正式成立“真实世界资产代币化事业部”(简称“RWA事业部”)。该部门的设立旨在统筹推进真实世界资产(RWA)代币化(Real World Asset Tokenization)等关键工作。公司早于2023年已启动Web3.0相关领域的探索，此次成立RWA事业部，旨在更系统地顺应Web3.0技术变革，并积极响应中国香港特别行政区政府《数字资产发展政策宣言2.0》所倡导的创新方向。RWA事业部将由公司董事会主席兼首席执行官陈家俊先生直接领导。
