智通财经APP获悉，香港的财务报告印刷及服务提供商创意大中华(CRE.US)宣布通过发行150万股股票每股定价4美元(发行价在4美元至5美元的区间内)，共筹集600万美元。实际发行的股票数量比预期少了 7.5 万股。创意大中华周三在纳斯达克上市，上市首日大涨10%至4.4美元;截至发稿，夜盘进一步上涨13.64%，报5美元。
