Prudential (SGX:K6S, HKG:2378) repurchased 322,715 shares on the London bourse on Wednesday at an average price of 9.2294 pounds sterling apiece, a Thursday Singapore bourse filing said.
The insurer intends to cancel the repurchased shares.
Following the transaction, Prudential will have 2,579,600,960 shares in issue.
