Bell Financial Group (ASX:BFG) appointed Nick Hamilton as chief financial officer, effective July 28, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The announcement comes after co-CEO Dean Davenport served as interim CFO over the past 18 months, the filing said.
