智通财经APP讯，中国核能科技(00611)发布公告，于2025年7月21日，承租人中开(漳州)新能源(本公司的间接全资附属公司)，与出租人漳州宝湾国际物流(南山控股(002314.SZ)全资附属公司)，订立漳州角美屋顶光伏发电项目协议，出租人将向承租人出租位于福建省漳州台商投资区角美镇的物流园区的屋顶，以供本集团进行屋顶太阳能光伏发电系统的设计、建设、安装及运营以扩大本集团的新能源业务。
本集团认为中国国家政策致力于在全国发展新能源系统，包括光伏发电领域。本集团希望凭藉领先同业的雄厚实力和资源，抓住这个市场机遇，扩大在新能源行业的市场份额。根据漳州角美屋顶光伏发电项目协议进行的交易，充分利用物流园区等领域的屋顶资源建设光伏电站，长远而言，将继续扩大和提升本集团在新能源行业的市场份额。
本公司拟透过与南山控股附属公司合作推进光伏项目建立以满足其业务需求。漳州角美屋顶光伏发电项目协议的订立，将使本集团能够利用南山控股集团拥有的物流园区资源。预计本集团与南山控股附属公司的商业合作将带来可观的收入，此将丰富本公司的收入来源，提升其经营业绩。
