智通财经APP讯，东阳光长江药业(01558)及要约人广东东阳光药业股份有限公司联合公布，有关以吸收合并东阳光长江药业的方式由要约人对东阳光长江药业作出附条件的私有化的建议决议案的临时股东大会及H股类别股东大会已于2025年7月21日以投票方式表决，并全部获正式通过。
于本联合公告日期，生效条件已达成。因此，合并协议已生效。
本公司已根据上市规则第6.15(2)条获得联交所批准撤销H股于联交所的上市地位，惟须待合并生效后，方可作实。
目前预期H股于联交所的最后交易时间将为2025年7月29日(星期二)下午四时十分;及H股将于2025年8月5日(星期二)下午四时正在联交所自愿撤销上市地位。
假设实施条件已达成，预期要约人H股股票将于2025年8月6日(星期三)寄发，并预计要约人H股将于2025年8月7日(星期四)上午九时正开始在联交所买卖。
