作为 27 国集团的竞争执法者，欧盟执委会于去年 5 月无条件批准了该交易 (link)，部分原因是 FiberCop 与电信公司 Fastweb 和 Iliad 签订了长期协议。
FiberCop 是意大利电信的最后一英里电网部门。
