金吾财讯 | 兖煤澳大利亚(03668)股价向好，午后升幅扩大，截止发稿，报30.85港元，涨幅3.35%，成交额1938.68万港元。消息面上，兖煤澳大利亚公布，公司的全资附属公司Moolarben Coal Mines Pty Ltd 已订立一份具约束力的协议，以1.105亿澳元(包括预付及递延现金付款)向三名合营企业参股人收购Moolarben Joint Venture (MJV)额外3.75%权益。三名合营企业参股人已同意向第三方出售，使兖煤澳洲能够行使其优先购买权以类似条款收购该部分权益。兖煤澳洲认为此次收购是一次极具吸引力的机会，可以将其于MJV的经济权益从95%增加至98.75%。另外，招银国际近日研报提到，预计公司第二季度收入约11.4亿澳元（同比-26%；环比-14%）。该机构将2025-2027年盈利预测分别下调22%/17%/13%，主要因煤炭均价下行（尽管销量假设略高）。该机构维持“买入”评级，原因如下：(1)预计2025年第三季度销售率将提升（物流问题改善推动）；(2)动力煤价格自6月起已反弹。基于净现值的目标价从36港元下调至34港元。
