德意志银行首席欧洲经济学家Mark Wall表示，市场距离将关注焦点从欧洲央行最后一次降息转向首次加息“并不遥远” 。

　　欧洲央行周四维持存款利率在2%不变，符合市场预期。

　　尽管货币市场体现出年底前还会再降息25基点，但Wall指出，目前的水平可能成为本轮宽松周期的终端利率。

　　他在一份报告中写道：“不确定性仍然很高， 欧洲央行理所当然地希望保留其选项”。

　　“但如果贸易不确定性消退，经济韧性和财政大幅放松的结合最终将转化为通胀的上行风险”。
