Advanced Systems Automation (SGX:WJ9) filed a police report in relation to potential offenses committed by former chief executive officer Seah Chong Hoe and former director Sri Mohd Sopiyan Bin Mohd Rashdi, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The company investigated the group's past transactions and found Seah and Dato Sopiyan had made themselves authorized signatories of Advance Systems' bank account and had issued funds without proper authorization.
Seah has also not returned corporate records and documents despite repeated requests.
