领展(00823.HK) 首席执行官及执行董事王国龙宣布，将于明年6月底前退任。他表示，退任决定基于家庭及个人原因，认为自身已临届退休之龄，而公司正迈向“领展3.0”新阶段，因此现时属自然及合适的交棒时机。
他致辞及回应传媒提问时多次感触落泪，表示在领展担任首席执行官15年间，见证集团资产规模从上市初期的330亿元到现在的2,200亿元，并对与之共同奋斗多年的团队成员最为不舍。
