Tesson Holdings (HKG:1201) and its controlling shareholder, Double Key International, have been named in a lawsuit filed by Hai Xia Finance Holdings over an alleged unpaid loan, the company said in a July 18 Hong Kong bourse filing.

The plaintiff is claiming HK$65.7 million in principal and HK$460,486 in interest stemming from an HK$80 million loan extended to Tesson in 2018.

Partial repayments were made between March 2022 and June 2025, the filing said.

Tesson said it disputes the claim and is seeking legal advice while exploring other possible solutions with the lender.
