Mithril Silver and Gold Limited has successfully completed a brokered private placement, raising C$11.5 million. The company issued 31,944,700 ordinary shares at a price of C$0.36 per share. Lead agent Ventum Financial Corp., along with Arlington Group Asset Management Ltd., Raymond James Ltd., and Cormark Securities Inc., managed the offering. The funds will support the advancement of Mithril's Copalquin district project in Durango State, Mexico, and will also be used for general corporate purposes. A cash fee of C$690,005.52 was paid to the agents, and they received compensation options exercisable into shares at the offering price. All shares are subject to a hold period expiring in November 2025.
