智通财经APP获悉，基建股午前强势拉升，截至发稿，中国交建(01800)涨7.75%，报5.98港元；中国铁建(01186)涨4.96%，报5.92港元；中国中铁(00390)涨3.77%，报4.13港元；中国中车(01766)涨4.88%，报5.8港元。
消息面上，雅鲁藏布江下游水电站正式开工，总投资额约1.2万亿元。光大证券指出，雅鲁藏布江下游水电开发作为我国“十四五”重大工程项目，建设资金有保障，项目逐步推进也将有效拉动我国基建投资增速。中信建投则表示，预计水利水电建设、隧道掘进/盾构、民爆、电力设备、地基处理、建材等多方面企业均受益。
此外，国泰海通证券指出，7月14-15日，中央城市工作会议召开，会议提出高质量开展城市更新，稳步推进城中村和危旧房改造，加快老旧管线改造升级等。7月底将召开中央政治局会议，建议关注会议政策可能给建筑板块化债、清欠等带来的潜在催化。推荐低估值高股息建筑央企等。
