消息面上，娃哈哈宗氏百亿财产纠纷案8月1日将有新进展。香港高等法院网站信息显示，相关案件8月1日将在香港高等法院进行聆讯。里昂发布研报称，娃哈哈财产争夺案可能影响集团产品销售及市场份额，而同业农夫山泉及华润饮料则有望从中受益，市场份额加快增长。
该行指出，娃哈哈引发外界对宗庆后公众形象及公司管治的负面看法，或导致消费者偏好改变。渠道数据显示，娃哈哈瓶装水线上销售额已显著下降，7月首周日均销售额为7.5万至10万元人民币，而7月18至19日已降至介乎2.5万至5万元人民币。对比今年农夫山泉自3月起销售瓶装水以来录得强劲双位数增长，预期其市场份额正逐步回升，同时华润饮料亦可能从中分一杯羹。
