永泰地产(00369.HK) 与资本策略地产(00497.HK) 宣布，位于香港中环威灵顿街118号的合资发展项目正式命名为Central Crossing，项目预计于2026年年中竣工，总楼面面积约43.3万平方呎，将涵盖甲级写字楼、国际奢华酒店、度身订造的休闲生活空间、绿化公共区域，以及历史建筑保育元素。写字楼高28层，每层的标准楼层面积达10,600平方呎。
Central Crossing包括一座酒店大楼和一座写字楼，二座大楼皆依循城巿历史街格布局。大楼之间的景观区为中环带来难得的绿化空间。该区经过精心景观设计，大楼基座设有商业空间，酒店主入口设有四层高的壮观瀑布墙。新设的行人通道允许人们在多个层面穿越整个项目及相连周边的街道，包括可直接连接中环至半山自动扶手电梯，带领人群从中环街巿通往山顶。(su/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
