智通财经APP获悉，稳定币概念表现活跃，截至发稿，国泰君安国际(01788)涨4.97%，报6.12港元；众安在线(06060)涨4.57%，报19.24港元；联易融科技-W(09959)涨4.27%，报2.44港元；中国光大控股(00165)涨2.99%，报8.26港元。
消息面上，香港金管局总裁余伟文发文再谈稳定币。余伟文表示，《稳定币条例》通过以后，香港金管局立马落实条例的监管和反洗钱两份指引征求市场意见，目前正根据反馈意见适当调整指引的要求，争取在7月底公布。此外，余伟文称，将于下周公布“稳定币发行人发牌制度”的摘要说明，文件会阐述香港金管局接受和处理牌照申请的安排。
浙商证券指出，相较传统支付，稳定币依托区块链实现点对点实时清算，交易成本低、高效、门槛低。随着香港《稳定币条例》将于8月1日正式生效，以及美国《GENIUS法案》通过程序性投票，全球稳定币监管框架正加速形成。稳定币作为连接传统金融与加密世界的桥梁，其合规化进程将推动RWA(真实世界资产)赛道发展，释放“资产+资金”协同价值。
