公司与配售代理订立配售协议，促使认购方按配售价认购合共3,015.5450万股新H股。
配售价为每股82.00港元，较于2025年7月21日在联交所所报收市价折让约9.14%。
经扣除相关费用及开支，公司将自配售事项收取的所得款项总额及所得款项净额估计分别约为24.7275亿港元及24.1026亿港元。
公司拟将配售所得款项净额用于集团的业务运营及发展以及偿还集团公司相关金融机构授信业务项下的款项。
