香港特区行政长官李家超21日表示，2024年9月23日起，香港交易所实施“打风不停市”安排，落实香港金融市场的重要改革，令香港证券市场在恶劣天气下仍可维持运作，让香港市场进一步与国际接轨，提升市场竞争力。
李家超当日在社交媒体发文表示，特区政府近年落实一系列上市制度革新措施，新股市场今年以来呈现繁荣景象。今年截至7月中，迎来共52次IPO，同比增加30%，共集资1240亿港元，同比上升590%，暂列全球第一，恒生指数今年以来累计上升25.3%。
李家超说，未来特区政府会持续完善上市制度、进一步促进股票市场流动性，吸引全球更多优质企业来港上市，提升香港作为上市地点的吸引力和活力。
他表示，特区政府正就新一份施政报告展开咨询，施政报告的措施和目标是融汇政府、企业、专家和民间智慧，齐心推动香港全速向前发展。
