　　“2025（第二十四届）中国互联网大会”于7月23日-25日在北京举行。谈及是否已经遇到黑客智能体的挑战，360公司董事长周鸿祎表示，未来智能体在任何领域都将取代很多人的工作，人会变成智能体的指挥官，黑客智能体将变为大趋势。

　　周鸿祎坦言，360不会做攻击的黑客智能体，但是已经开发了很多防守的智能体。他提到，对我国来说，即使不考虑黑客智能体的问题，还存在一个网络安全短板。因为安全专家的缺乏，导致运营分析工作被忽视。“很多公司不断花钱采购软硬件，但是软硬件不可能自动阻拦攻击，只会发出警告，这就需要专家分析，以及运营现场提供服务。”

　　同时，他指出，在网络安全方面的人才一直比较缺乏，“估计缺口达几十万到一百万人的规模”。

　　周鸿祎介绍到，现在360在全世界来说是抵御攻击力最有力的公司，具有大数据和各种抵御工具，把这些能力训练成安全专家的智能体，将来可以在人员的领导下协助工作。只要有算力和机器，可以使用无数个智能体，这在很大程度上就可以解决人才缺乏的问题。
