智通财经APP讯，中建富通(00138)发布公告，于2025年7月25日(交易时段后)，卖方East Advance Holdings Limited(公司直接全资附属公司)与买方Cheer Fame International Limited订立买卖协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买待售股份(目标公司Cosmo Classic Limited所有股权)，代价为558万港元。
公告称，出售事项为集团简化组织结构及精简业务营运的战略计划，以集中资源投放于发展名牌汽车进口销售核心业务。
