美国量子计算公式IonQ的首席执行官尼科洛·德马西（Niccolo de Masi）周四表示，量子计算的重大进展正在迅速到来。

　　“所谓的量子霸权时代即将到来，”德马西在一次电视采访中说，“这将在几个季度或几年内到来，这让人们非常兴奋，因为我们将能够为应用科学的每个领域提供帮助。”

　　IonQ是量子计算领域的主要参与者之一，与Rigetti computing、D-Wave quantum和quantum computing齐名。德马西说，该公司正在开发量子计算机和量子网络设备。

　　随着Alphabet、微软、亚马逊和IBM等科技巨头投入巨额资金研发量子计算机，华尔街对量子计算的兴趣越来越大。该技术旨在利用量子力学解决经典计算机无法解决的复杂问题。上个月，英伟达CEO黄仁勋对量子计算的看好言论令投资者尤为兴奋。黄仁勋表示，量子计算正在“到达一个拐点”，并指出实际用例的出现速度比他之前预期的要快。

　　德马西描述了量子计算可能在医疗保健和制药领域带来突破的方式。他吹捧了他的公司与英伟达、AWS和阿斯利康在一个与药物开发相关的研究项目上的合作。他认为，通过量子透镜观察分子将导致药物发现方面的突破。

　　德马西说，IonQ是推动量子计算的全球竞赛的一部分。他说，他的公司是破解RSA（一种广泛使用的加密算法）的主要参与者。
