投资慧眼Insights - 由于贸易谈判乐观情绪提振了全球经济和石油需求前景，抵消了委内瑞拉可能增加石油供应的消息，油价上涨。
7月25日，原油价格延续反弹之势。截至发稿，WTI原油涨0.36%，报66.33美元/桶；布伦特原油涨0.29%，报69.47美元/桶。
此前，受俄罗斯汽油出口削减的报道推动，两油价格上涨1%。美国原油库存下降也对市场形成支撑。
美国能源信息署（EIA）数据显示，上周原油库存减少320万桶至4.19亿桶，降幅远超分析师估计的160万桶。

在8月1日关税最后期限到来之前，美国与贸易伙伴有望达成更多协议，这为石油市场和股市提供了支撑。
美国和日本于23日公布贸易协议后，两名欧洲外交官表示，欧盟正朝着达成一项协议的方向努力，该协议涉及美国对欧盟进口产品征收15%的基准关税，以及可能的豁免条款。
“贸易谈判的乐观情绪似乎抵消了对委内瑞拉供应增加的预期。”荷兰国际集团（ING）分析师表示。
消息人士24日透露，特朗普政府批准雪佛龙恢复在委内瑞拉开采石油。ING指出，委内瑞拉的石油出口量可能因此增加约20万桶/日。
“本周原油价格在区间内企稳并反弹，使得油价重返70美元的希望得以延续，这令人感到鼓舞。”IG分析师Tony Sycamore表示，并补充称下周将有更多数据供交易员分析。
下周全球最大经济体和石油消费国将公布多项经济数据，包括中国制造业活动、美国通胀、就业和库存数据。
