Foresight News 消息，据《香港文汇报》报道，南太平洋国家瓦努阿图共和国在香港举办国家资源推介会，同时由瓦国政府作为大股东主导的南太平洋数字科技控股即场与加幂科技、云知声、Tridens Investment 及 BitTrade 株式会社签署合作备忘录。南太平洋数字科技控股执行董事曾祥云表示，本次与四家科技公司合作，目的是部署发展 Web3 领域，包括数字资产、加密货币交易平台、支付科技以及人工智能。同时公司正考虑于 8 月 1 日香港《稳定币条例》生效后申请稳定币发行商牌照，应用场景则涉及支付及贸易。
