据南华早报24日报道，泡泡玛特已在美国加州对7-11及其七家门店经营者提起诉讼，指控其销售仿冒Labubu玩偶商品并侵犯公司商标。该公司要求法院发布禁令，禁止被告继续侵权，并追缴违法所得，赔偿相关损失和诉讼费用。
此前，曾有美国网友在社交平台发布视频称，自己在美国的7-11便利店买到了假货“LAFUFU”，这些假冒的LABUBU玩偶售价与正版原价相同，但包装和玩偶本身的质量都很粗糙。
泡泡玛特方面已于周四确认该诉讼，但未透露案件推进的具体时间表。此次诉讼由其北京、新加坡及美国子公司联合提出，三家公司共同拥有Labubu相关的商标与版权。
起诉书称，7-11具备监管并审批加盟商的权力，却未有效履行相关义务，未能阻止假冒商品销售，导致泡泡玛特合法权益受损。公司表示，持续的侵权行为将对品牌声誉与商誉造成不可挽回的影响，且无法通过其他手段获得充分补救。（国际财闻汇）
