BlockBeats 消息，7 月 26 日，根据 SharpLink Gaming, Inc. 在 2025 年 7 月发布的 8‑K 文件披露，前贝莱德（BlackRock）高管 Joseph Chalom 被任命为公司联席首席执行官，自 2025 年 7 月 24 日起生效。Joseph Chalom 此前帮助推出贝莱德比特币现货 ETF IBIT、贝莱德以太坊现货 ETF ETHA 和 BUIDL（以太坊上第一个代币化国债基金）。现任首席执行官 Rob Phythian 将与 Chalom 共同担任此职位，Chalom 的新聘用协议如下：
年薪 75 万美元，目标奖金为年薪的 100%，700 万美元的签约限制性股票单位（RSU）（其中 2/3 为时间归属，1/3 为绩效归属），2026 财年长期激励计划（LTIP）不少于 400 万美元，触发变更控制（CIC）时为“双触发”立即归属，并享有两倍年薪与奖金的离职补偿。
从 SharpLink 公司角度出发，聘用 Joseph Chalom 的预期总成本至少约为 1250 万美元。
