ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，加密货币交易所 Gemini 联合创始人 Tyler Winklevoss 指责摩根大通的新数据访问政策对其服务产生影响，据悉摩根大通试图通过 Plaid 等第三方金融科技平台限制 Gemini 用户自由访问他们的银行数据，而相关举措可能是反竞争行为，继而损害金融科技公司和加密货币公司。
Tyler Winklevoss 指出，他与摩根大通之间争议源自彭博社最近的一份报告，该报告披露了摩根大通决定向金融科技公司收取访问客户银行数据的费用，因此批评此举将导致支持和服务加密货币购买交易的金融科技公司破产，而正是因为发表了这个观点“惹怒”了摩根大通。Tyler Winklevos 还披露此前在“Operation ChokePoint 2.0”行动中就已将涉及 Gemini 的服务下线。
