0245 GMT - DFI Retail Group's earnings outlook remains bright given its strong business growth prospects, UOB Kay Hian's Adrian Loh says in a research report. Management said the company continues to invest in premium categories such as wellness and supplements to position itself as a wellness leader. Also, the Asian retailer has observed its 'Mannings' outlets benefiting from returning tourists in Hong Kong, while Southeast Asia had positive momentum with 24 new stores opened in 1H. Its convenience segment continues to expand its higher-margin ready-to-eat products. The brokerage lifts its 2025-2027 earnings estimates for the company by 3%-8%. It raises the stock's target price to US$4.30 from US$3.50 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are unchanged at US$3.54. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
