IT之家 7 月 27 日消息，7 月 26 日，以“智能时代同球共济”为主题的 2025 世界人工智能大会在上海隆重召开。

兆芯在大会期间展示了其自主研发的 CPU+AI 应用创新，包括开先 KX-7000N AIPC 处理器、开胜 KH-50000 新一代服务器处理器也同步亮相。

IT之家从官方获悉，开胜 KH-50000 新一代服务器处理器计算密度提升，单路最多支持 96 核心，配备 384MB 三级缓存，主频可达 2.2~3.0GHz。

此外，开胜 KH-50000 扩展互连能力也迎来升级，支持 12 通道 DDR5（ECC）内存，支持 128 通道 PCle 5.0 / ZPI / CXL 以及 16 通道 PCle 4.0 / SATA / USB；支持双路、四路扩展，可实现更大的数据带宽、更低的延迟和功耗。
